A lot of different elements combine to formulate prescription medications. The same is true in preparing fully qualified Pharmacy Technicians. It requires comprehensive technical and practical training to produce skilled professionals to work as assistants serving licensed pharmacists in both retail and health care settings. It involves extensive instruction in everything from pharmaceutical and medical terminology to dispensing and charting of medications.
